"evenings out that stay in the memory"

Welcome to the website for musicinverness, the main provider of professional chamber music concerts in the Inverness area.  Each year we use our contacts and search for the finest musicians and bring them to the magnificent setting of the Main Hall in Inverness Town House to perform for the citizens of Inverness.

We welcome visitors from other parts to share  our passion in enjoying some of the greatest artistic achievements from composers from the earliest times of written music right up to the twenty-first century.

The musicinverness season begins each year in September and the series of eight or nine concerts continues through to April the following year.  Solo recitals, duos, trios, quartets and quintets  -  there is something for everyone.

We're back!
